Can I remove, add, or change items in my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, no we cannot modify any order after being placed. However, you may contact us to cancel your order so you can place a new one.

I received my order with missing/damaged items, what can I do?

Let us know, we are here to help. You can contact us, and we will make sure you are satisfied.

How can I return an item?

Go Zero Nutrition, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your order, whatever the reason may be, we’ll make it right. Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll either give you a full refund or a Go Zero e-gift card equal to the value of your product.

Product returns are subject to our Conditions of Sale. In rare circumstances, Go Zero may evaluate a customer’s account, purchase and return history, and has the right to refuse services and/or prevent a customer from placing orders on GoZeroNutrition.com in the future.

NOTE*All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as “temporarily out of stock” and we will try to restock this as soon as possible.
